    Jennivere L. Kenlon
    Shareholder

    Jennivere is a shareholder in the firm's Real Estate, Redevelopment and Planned Real Estate Development practice group. Jennivere focuses her practice on the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of landmark and first-class office, multifamily, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and hotel properties nationwide. She also represents both developers and property owners in residential and commercial developments and the negotiation, structuring and documentation of joint venture equity and development transactions.

    Jennivere has significant experience in the negotiation and documentation of purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, commercial leasing matters, and both single-asset and portfolio financing transactions. She also counsels clients on entity formation, restructuring, and corporate and governance matters.

(CASA), a non-profit charitable organization with a mission to make a difference in the community by recruiting, training and supporting volunteers to become advocates for children whose family have been cited for abuse and neglect. Prior to this appointment, Jennivere was the chair of the Junior Board of Directors for CASA-NYC and a member of that organization from 2012 to 2015.
