GH&C Attorney Elected To Business Council At Monmouth University

October 8, 2010 - Red Bank - John A. Aiello, shareholder at the law firm of Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C., has been elected to the Leon Hess Business School’s Business Council at Monmouth University. The Business Council serves to provide a forum that encourages and promotes a healthy business-to-University and business-to-business relationship, provide the University a continuous source of consulting, training, advising, and financial support from the business community, develop the availability and use of Monmouth University as an educational and consulting resource to the community, and facilitate the education, training, and hiring of graduates by the business community.
Mr. Aiello, chair of the Corporate and Securities Law Practice Area at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C., focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, with an emphasis on various aspects of corporate finance, including private placements and initial public offerings of securities, as well as mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. Mr. Aiello has served as lead counsel in many significant merger & acquisition transactions and securities offerings. A frequent speaker and author on various corporate law matters, Mr. Aiello is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth and of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. In addition he serves as the Executive Secretary of the First Real Estate Investment Trust of New Jersey.
