    October 25, 2010 - Red Bank - Best Lawyers has named Frank R. Ciesla, shareholder at the law firm of Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C., the “Philadelphia Area Best Lawyers Health Care Lawyer of the Year” for 2011.
