Monica J. Ceres Honored By Collier School

    May 2, 2012

Shareholder, Monica Ceres was honored on April 25th by the Collier School for her work and contribution as a board member. Debbie Drago, Executive Director of the school, spoke highly in regards to Monica's 5 years of service to the school stating, "Monica is always there when we need her and has been a tremendous asset to Collier, helping us to navigate everything from basic to complex legal issues. Nothing is too little or too much for her. My experience with Monica has taught me why we refer to attorneys as providing counsel. She is an excellent counselor."

Ms. Ceres devotes her legal practice to the negotiation of commercial real estate leases and the registration of planned real estate developments. Specifically, Ms. Ceres counsels individual and corporate landlords and tenants in connection with the preparation, review and negotiation of commercial real estate leases for office, retail and industrial locations. Ms. Ceres also prepares the necessary documentation required for the registration of public offering statements and related materials for both condominium and fee-simple style planned real estate developments as regulated by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. She has been featured as one of the "40 Under 40" attorneys for 2010 by the New Jersey Law Journal, a past recipient of CREW'S "20 Under 40" Award, selected as one of RENJ's "Woman of Influence" and named a Super Lawyer's New Jersey Rising Star for 2012.
