John A. Giunco to Speak at "Commercial & Residential Landlord-Tenant Law" Seminar

Red Bank, NJ-John A. Giunco will be a member of the faculty for the upcoming "Commercial & Residential Landlord-Tenant Law" Seminar to be held February 15th, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, NJ. The program is sponsored by Sterling Education Services and attendees can qualify for continuing education credit. The Seminar's agenda covers a wide variety of related topics, including Commercial Lease Provisions and Issues, Residential Lease Provisions and Issues, Landlord and Tenant Obligations, The Eviction and Judicial Process, When Tenant or Landlord Files Bankruptcy, and Ethical Considerations in Landlord-Tenant Law.
