Donald F. Campbell, Esq. of Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, will be the Moderator of a panel at "The Birdsall Bankruptcy: A Case Study in a Challenging and Multifaceted Insolvency Proceeding," on April 8, 2014. The seminar is being held at the Woodbridge Hilton in Iselin, NJ. The panel will discuss tension between the bankruptcy law and regulatory and criminal statutes, the role of the Trustee and his advisors in continuing the operation of a bankrupt business, issues pertaining to the sale and purchase of a business in bankruptcy and insurance and other issues related to D&O litigation.
