    Philip D. Forlenza Elected Chair of NJSBA's Business Law Section

    Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C. is pleased to announce that Shareholder, Philip D. Forlenza, has been elected Chair of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Forlenza, who has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association for over twenty years, has most recently served as Secretary of the Business Law Section since June 2012. He was elected to serve a two-year term as Chair at the Annual Meeting on May 15, 2014.

    New Jersey State Bar Association’s Business Law Section provides regular informational and educational programs and publications concerning developments in New Jersey as well as federal laws and regulations affecting New Jersey business organizations. It also maintains ongoing relations with other professional and business organizations, including the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association.
