Real Estate Associate

Prominent mid-sized, full service law firm located in eastern Monmouth County, New Jersey is seeking an associate to join Real Estate, Redevelopment & Planned Real Estate Development Practice Group. Applicants should have 1 to 4 years experience in real estate or commercial leasing.

Qualified candidates must be highly motivated and possess strong interpersonal, writing, research and analytical skills. Large law firm experience a plus.

Prominent full service law firm in Monmouth County, New Jersey is seeking an associate to join its Land Use & Development Law Group. Applicants should have 4 to 8 years experience in real estate transactional work, title review and policy issues, and use development and entitlements. Affordable housing, redevelopment and public financing knowledge is a plus.
