Paralegal Positions

Real Estate Paralegal

Prominent mid-sized full service corporate law firm located in eastern Monmouth County, New Jersey is seeking a full-time real estate paralegal. Applicants should have at least 4 years experience handling commercial real estate transactions, preferably with a large law firm. Candidate should be able to work independently and with minimal supervision and be able to handle a fast-paced work environment, respond quickly to assignments and adjust to shifting priorities of work. Comprehension, interpretation and the ability to analyze lease language and other real estate documents is a must. Qualified applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program and be skilled in Microsoft Office. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be very detail oriented. Candidates must have knowledge of (including preparation of):

Deeds

Easements

Memorandum of Lease

Tenant estoppels

Review and Ability to analyze title searches

Settlement statements

All commercial real estate closing tasks

Part Time Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Paralegal

Prominent mid-sized full service corporate law firm located in eastern Monmouth County, New Jersey is seeking a part time bankruptcy/foreclosure paralegal. Applicants should have 2-4 years experience preparing foreclosure pleadings, bankruptcy petitions, claims and bankruptcy litigation pleadings. Qualified applicants should be skilled in Microsoft Word, Best Case (bankruptcy software application and ECF/PACER (bankruptcy electronic filing system.
