GH&C Attorney Receives Approval for Builder to Develop Residential Building Lots in Jackson, NJ
September 2016
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla successfully represented RG2 Associates in Jackson Township with regard to land development approvals. The applicant has received approval to develop 186 residential building lots with open space and stormwater management lots for the project.
The application was well prepared by PDS, the applicant’s engineer and planning firm. The significant questions and issues for this application were the Time of Decision rules and Permit Extension Act. The applicability of both of those was argued before the Board, and the Board agreed with the applicant’s contentions and granted the preliminary approval.
The applicant was represented at the hearing by John Giunco, Esq. and there was significant legal research, preparation of arguments, and testimony by John Sarto, Esq., and Evan Zimmerman, Esq. in conjunction with Mr. Giunco.
