He was joined by his father, John C. Giordano, upon his retirement as senior Judge of the Monmouth County Court. In 1964, John R. Halleran joined the firm, and in 1973, Frank R. Ciesla joined the firm. In 1984, the name of the firm was changed to Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla. In 1992, the firm relocated to its current offices at 125 Half Mile Road in Middletown, New Jersey. Today, the Giordano Firm provides experienced legal representation in a wide variety of practice areas.
