Kyle is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate group with experience in all phases of land development. His areas of concentration include transactional commercial real estate, land use, and redevelopment.
Kyle has negotiated and prepared purchase & sale, financing, leasing, redevelopment, and related agreements for landowners, developers, and other business interests. He is deeply familiar with the Local Redevelopment & Housing and Long Term Tax Exemption Laws, and has counseled clients on redevelopment projects large and small. Moreover, Kyle actively assists clients in obtaining development permits & approvals at the municipal, county, and state level, and frequently appears before land use boards throughout New Jersey. When necessary, Kyle is an able litigator, owing to his roles in the state and federal judiciaries and experiences representing property owners in the Superior Court.

Prior to joining Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, Kyle was a Presidential Scholar at Gettysburg College and a Scholar in Law at Washington University School of Law, where he served as a research assistant, teaching assistant, and judicial extern to a United States District Judge. Kyle then served as a judicial law clerk in the Essex Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey (Law Division).
