Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) represent a core part of our Corporate and Business Practice Area's transactional practice. The firm's M&A attorneys regularly represent sellers, purchasers, investors, shareholder groups, boards of directors, special committees of boards and financial advisors in structuring, negotiating and consummating domestic business transactions, certain international business transactions and other commercial transactions. We represent private and public mid-market corporations, commercial banks and private equity funds, as well as smaller corporations and individuals whose transactions involve smaller dollar amounts.
