December 16, 2010, Cutting Edge Magazine - Paul H. Schneider, co-chair of the Litigation Practice Area at Giordano, Halleran and Ciesla, P.C., has authored in article in Cutting Edge Magazine. “Can DEP Be Transformed?”, discusses the poor reputation the Department of Environmental Protection has with businesses and how that soon will change with the “DEP Transformation Plan.” The plan, released by Commissioner Robert Martin in October 2010, declared that environmental protection and economic growth are not mutually exclusive goals.
