Sharlene A. Hunt Authors, “Before The OIG Comes Knocking”

It highlights new violations as it regard to overpayment received from the Medicare or Medicaid program, and violation of the antikickback law. Ms. Hunt also suggests policies and practices to put in place to avoid overpayments and to identify them and take appropriate steps if an overpayment is received.
