Robert J. Feinberg, Esq. Selected As Panelist For The CLE Seminar, "Handling Contract/Commercial Litigation Issues"


Robert J. Feinberg will be a featured panelist at the upcoming CLE Seminar, "Handling Contract/Commercial Litigation Issues," presented by NJICLE in cooperation with the NJSBA Business & Commercial Litigation Committee. The seminar will take place on Tuesday, December 6, 2010 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

At "Handling Contract/Commercial Litigation Issues," a panel of seasoned business litigation and transactional attorneys will discuss a variety of cutting edge legal issues which face the bench and the bar as it relates to the business litigation sector. Attendees will learn effective techniques for settling – or litigating – contract disputes by exploring questions such as:

  • Is your client entitled to payment for services rendered?
  • Can one party be compelled to specifically perform under the contract?
  • Is there a way out of the contract?
  • How do you litigate these contract claims?
  • What are your damages?
  • Is mediation or arbitration an option?
