October 14, 2011, Red Bank - Attorneys for GH&C successfully represented EffiSolar Energy Corporation to obtain a utility grade solar electric generating facility approval in Kingwood Township, Hunterdon County. The project consists of a 156 acre facility which will generate in excess of 24 megawatts of photovoltaic solar generated electricity. The application was prepared and managed by John Giunco, Esq. of the Real Estate and Land Use Department. Vincent DeSimone, Esq. worked with the applicant and prepared the applications. Mr. Giunco and Mr. DeSimone prepared the witnesses and oversaw the preparation of exhibits for purposes of persuading the Land Use Board to grant the approval.
