NJBIZ Names Michael A. Pane, Jr. One Of The 50 Most Influential People in NJ Real Estate


November 7, 2011 - Michael A. Pane, Jr. shareholder at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C. and Real Estate Committee chair of the Fort Monmouth Redevelopment Authority has recently been named to NJBIZ’s “Power 50 Real Estate.” NJ Biz said of Mr. Pane, “Expect Fort Monmouth to be one of the most talked-about sites in the coming 12 months, and for Pane, Real Estate Committee chair of the Fort Monmouth Redevelopment Authority and a shareholder at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, to be at the center of the discussion. Mr. Pane focuses his practice in the areas of commercial transactions and real estate, including negotiation of agreements for the purchase, sale and development of real property, financing of land acquisition and construction, leasing, obtaining approvals for development, litigation relating to land use and local government matters, real estate and contracts and general business and municipal law consultation. Mr. Pane is experienced in many aspects of municipal law and real estate acquisition, financing and development. His practice mainly consists of preparation, negotiation and review of sophisticated agreements and loan documentation; construction financing on behalf of borrowers and banks; developing creative solutions to problem loans; complex leasing transactions; and perfection of government approvals for land use development. He counsels clients in for profit and non-profit businesses on many different aspects of municipal and county government in New Jersey; conducts legal research under federal, state and local laws; and conducts title review, review of municipal approvals, preparation of legal memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents for the purpose of advising on commercial transactions, on the development suitability of property and the litigation of disputes in these areas.
