Craig Gianetti Elected To Board Of Directors Of Land Use Section Of The New Jersey State Bar Association


July 11, 2012 - Red Bank - Craig Gianetti, associate in the firm's Real Estate, Land Use and Development Practice Area, was recently elected to the Board of Directors of Land Use Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. The Land Use Section is responsible for reviewing developments in land use law, including local and state development land use approval and denial processes, and attempts to reduce or eliminate costs and delays associated with these processes.

Craig Gianetti focuses his practice on matters pertaining residential and commercial real estate, including affordable housing matters, litigation, and redevelopment law. He represents clients in securing commercial and residential land use development approvals from municipal, county and state boards and agencies. Mr. Gianetti further conducts due diligence research and prepares detailed reports regarding the viability of real estate projects large and small. He also drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements on behalf of individuals and corporate clients.
