January 30, 2011 - Red Bank, NJ -As we reported two weeks ago, Governor Chris Christie pocket vetoed a bill passed by the Legislature in the last legislative session, which would amend the law governing surgical practices and require them to be licensed by the Department of Health and Senior Services.
