    GH&C Among Top 100 Law Firms Handling Private Equity

    The financial publication The Deal has included Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla on its "Private Equity Law Firms Power Rankings"—the top 100 U.S. law firms in private equity in the third quarter.

    GH&C was listed as No. 66. During the quarter, which included a late-summer M&A surge, the firm advised World Insurance Associates LLC in a series of acquisitions.

    The firm represents private and public mid-market corporations, commercial banks and private equity funds, as well as smaller corporations and individuals.

    GH&C’s private equity attorneys work with others at the firm in a range of disciplines, as well as with accountants, financial institutions, investment bankers and other advisers. John A. Aiello is chair of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Law Practice Area.
