Michael J. Gross and Paul H. Schneider Present At NJBA's Stormwater Seminar

    December 8, 2011

December 8, 2011 - The NJBA held an important and well-attended seminar concerning compliance with the NJPDES Construction Activity Stormwater General Permit (5G3). The audience had the unique opportunity to hear from the three agencies (USEPA-Region II, NJ Department of Agriculture and NJ Department of Agriculture) that are involved in the inspection processes. NJBA member panelists also shared their insights based on their direct experiences working with the agencies during these inspections. The USEPA also delivered a PowerPoint presentation concerning "green infrastructure" and the NJDEP presented on its E-Permitting process and upcoming changes to its stormwater permit. Michael J. Gross moderated the panel discussion and Paul H. Schneider was a featured panelist for the seminar that drew nearly 100 attendees.
