    GH&C Welcomes New Shareholder, Jeri L. Abrams

    Red Bank, NJ - June 1, 2015 - Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jeri L. Abrams has joined the firm as Shareholder in the firm's Labor & Employment Department. Ms. Abrams, formerly with Lowenstein Sandler, has over thirteen years of experience practicing employment law. Ms. Abrams focuses her practice on counseling employers on employee hiring and termination, medical and family leaves, anti-discrimination and more. She also has experience with complex employment-related agreements, including consulting agreements, separation and release agreements and restrictive covenant agreements. Additionally, she works with employers to develop and implement unique employment policies and handbooks that are tailored to the clients’ organization. Ms. Abrams is licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Ms. Abrams received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and her B.B.A from George Washington University.
