    Jennivere L. Kenlon

    Jennivere, a shareholder in the firm's Real Estate, Redevelopment and Planned Real Estate Development practice group, also serves as Co-Chair of the Banking and Commercial Lending practice area and is a member of the firm’s Leasing practice group. Jennivere’s experience extends over the commercial real estate cycle, representing clients on both sides of the table on development, construction, purchase/sale, leasing and lending/financing transactions, involving landmark and first-class office, retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and hotel properties nationwide. She also advises and works closely with developers, property owners, and institutional investors in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of joint ventures, 1031 exchanges, equity financing, bridge financing, convertible debt/seed-round financing, and loan restructuring and workouts.

    Prior to joining the firm, Jennivere served as an Associate in the New York offices of Holland & Knight LLP and DLA Piper LLP, and also served as an Associate in the Morristown office of Fox Rothschild LLP. While attending Fordham University School of Law and working full-time at the International Securities Exchange in lower Manhattan, Jennivere served as Associate Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal, was a finalist in the William Hughes Mulligan Memorial Fordham Moot Court Competition, and served on the Moot Court Board. Jennivere lives in Red Bank and is a volunteer with Interfaith Neighbors, supporting Meals on Wheels of Monmouth County.
