    Edward S. Radzely To Speak At NBI's "Commercial Leases: Negotiating Key Provisions," October 5, 2011

    Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla Attorney Edward S. Radzely, of-counsel in the firm's Real Estate, Land Use & Development Practice Area, will be speaking at the "Commercial Leases: Negotiating Key Provisions" seminar on October 5, 2011. His presentation will discuss negotiating long-term ground leases for build-to-suit buildings. Some key points of the seminar will be: Construction and Occupancy; Landlord and Tenant Obligations; Provisions Related to the Financing of the Building Construction; and Unique Issues with Mixed-Use Leasing.
