    Planned Real Estate Development

    The attorneys in the Planned Real Estate Development Practice Area have a keen understanding of the different legal requirements for each type of planned community. They have assisted in the development of a variety of planned unit developments such as active adult and retirement housing, golf course and resort communities, hotels, mixed-use projects, professional and commercial office complexes, industrial parks and apartment building conversions. Dwellings in these communities include fee-simple single-family units, townhouses, flats and office suites.

    Our attorneys have been recognized by the New Jersey Law Journal and Real Estate New Jersey for their experience and contributions to the field. They are members of the New Jersey Builders Association, the Urban Land Institute, the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey and the New Jersey Chapter of Industrial Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc.

    We have experience in all facets of Department of Community Affairs registration including the following areas:

    • Preparation of the governing documents and oversight of the registration of public offering plans as regulated by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs
    • Preparation of the related materials necessary for the registration of public offering statements
