    Banking and Commercial Lending

    The firm's banking and commercial lending attorneys are a multi-faceted practice group with years of experience and knowledge representing a wide range of lenders, including large financial institutions and local community banks, and borrowers, including multi-million dollar revenue companies and small businesses.

    The attorneys focus on structuring various types of credit facilities, including asset based loans, real estate financings, working capital and acquisition lines of credit, and direct pay and stand by letters of credit. They also counsel clients in the development of real estate ventures and other business opportunities, and counsel lenders and borrowers in secured transactions. In addition, the Banking and Commercial Lending Group has been extensively involved in financial restructurings, work-outs, foreclosures and bankruptcy related matters.

    Our attorneys have negotiated and closed all types and aspects of construction financing, and have secured multi-million dollar financing for the acquisition of marina and waterfront loan projects, as well as office and factory warehouse projects. They also have represented clients in bond financings with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) and New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority (EFA).
