    Environmental - Site Remediation

The attorneys in the Environmental Site Remediation Practice Area counsel clients on the vast array of issues that arise when their property or facility requires investigation or remediation. Our attorneys who have represented numerous national developers, manufacturers, cogeneration facilities, utilities, automobile dealerships, lenders, borrowers and municipal boards, are experienced with government enforcement actions, Brownfield cases, natural resource damages, ISRA, UST, CERCLA, Superfund and OSHA cases and air permitting relating to industrial sites, landfills, power plants, and construction sites, and residential development, and have extensive experience representing clients in litigation involving controversial projects. The attorneys also advise clients concerning potential liability under state and federal laws for the costs of remediating hazardous substances, and work with clients and other technical professionals in navigating the remediation process.
