    Four at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla Awarded for Health Care Commentary

    Four attorneys at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla in Red Bank have been selected for a 2018 National Law Review Go-to Thought Leadership Award based on their coverage of New Jersey health care news and developments. Frank R. CieslaBeth ChristianAri G. Burd and Anjali N. Baxi were recognized for keeping readers up to date on legal developments, reporting on complex legislation and litigation, and providing strategic insight and overall legal industry knowledge. 

    Frank Ciesla is chair of the firm’s Health Care Law Practice Area; Beth Christian focuses on transactional and regulatory issues for both health care facilities and licensed professionals; Ari Burd handles employment, transactional and litigation matters for health care facilities and professionals; and Anjali Baxi concentrates on healthcare transactional, regulatory and licensure matters. 

    Their writing covers a wide range of topics, including new laws, regulations and policy issuances; statutory and regulatory obligations; pharmaceutical pricing and other health care pricing and cost issues; and other developments that impact healthcare facilities and licensed professionals.
