
Khoren, a Shareholder in our Real Estate practice area, specializes in structuring and negotiating complex real estate transactions, including multi-family investments, syndications, acquisitions, dispositions, distressed assets, leasing, and corporate matters. He provides tailored counsel to developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals, representing them in all aspects of commercial real estate—both from the developer and equity investor perspective. He also advises lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial distressed asset sales, workouts, receiverships and foreclosures.
Beyond real estate, he advises businesses on a wide range of corporate matters, from vendor and finance agreements to operational strategies. His expertise extends to partnership/shareholder agreements, business acquisitions and sales, and resolving partnership/shareholder disputes.
