    National Publication Honors 6 at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla For Articles on Environmental and Land Use Law

    The National Law Review has honored six attorneys at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla as “2020 Go-To Thought Leaders” for their analysis of New Jersey environmental and land use law.

    The attorneys are co-managing shareholder Michael J. Gross; shareholders Marc D. Policastro, Steven M. Dalton, Paul H. Schneider and David J. Miller; and of counsel Afiyfa H. Ellington.

    They were recognized for their articles about New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection permit extensions; environmental compliance updates due to COVID-19; amendments to surface water quality and other environmental standards, and statutory and common law environmental cleanup claims.

    The honorees were cited on December 21st for their relevant, consistent and well-thought-out legal news articles.
