Mr. Fiorovanti focuses his practice on complex business and commercial litigation, including the representation of partners, shareholders and members in corporate divorces, Director and Office claims, tortious interference, specific performance claims and restrictive covenant enforcement, and other business related disputes. Matthew also defends professionals such as attorneys and accountants in professional liability disputes. Mr. Fiorovanti litigates and tries contested civil cases in state and federal courts including the Chancery Division, General Equity Part, of the New Jersey Superior Court and the United States District Court. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Fiorovanti received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.S. from Cornell University.
