Christopher Healy Joins Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla

Christopher B. Healy has joined our firm as a shareholder in the Real Estate, Redevelopment and Planned Real Estate Development Practice Group.
He started at the firm on April 2, 2021.
Chris focuses extensively on financing transactions, working with borrowers, lenders and other financial institutions on all matters related to commercial lending, including structuring, negotiation and documentation of transactions involving a variety of asset classes.
He has advised and represented borrowers, lenders and investors on transactions involving real estate acquisition and development financing, construction loans, working capital financing, asset-based lending and mezzanine loan financing.
Chris also represents developers throughout the development process, from negotiating development agreements to navigating municipal, county and state approvals for projects.
