
Courtney is an associate in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Practice Group. Her practice focuses on insolvency, corporate reorganization, and bankruptcy law, including the representation of debtors in Chapters 7, 11, Subchapter V and 13 proceedings, as well as secured and unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, Chapter 7 trustees, and parties involved in bankruptcy litigation. Her practice encompasses all aspects of reorganization-related matters, including preference claims, fraudulent transfer claims, and the non-dischargeability of debts.
Courtney’s litigation practice includes civil and commercial matters, with an emphasis on breach of contract and debt collection disputes on behalf of businesses, corporations, and landlords. She also has experience with the domestication and enforcement of foreign judgments.
