    Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla Obtain Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval

    On August 16, 2011, attorneys for GH&C were able to obtain preliminary and final major site plan approval for an 8.3 megawatt facility in Springfield Township, Burlington County.

    Vincent M. DeSimone, Esq. was involved in preparing the application and the presentation. John A. Giunco, Esq. presented the application to the Planning Board for preliminary and final major site plan with variances. The Board accepted the application and complimented the applicant on the design and development of the site. Numerous members of the community appeared to discuss the application.

    North America Solar Corporation intends to begin construction in the calendar year 2011 for the electrical generating facility.
