    John assists clients with the planning and organization of businesses, with corporate governance matters, and with various business transactions, including sales and purchases of businesses. He also assists with the preparation of reports and other documents required to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

    John is an Eagle Scout out of Troop 110 in Lincroft, New Jersey.  While attending St. John's University Law School, he worked in the school's Elder Law Clinic, which provides legal services for underprivileged senior citizens in Queens, New York.  Prior to taking the Bar exam, John served as a law clerk for this firm.
