    Louis J. Seminski, Jr. Joins Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C. As Shareholder

    Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C. is pleased to announce that Louis J. Seminski, Jr. has joined the firm as a Shareholder. Mr. Seminski will co-chair the firm’s Business and Banking Practice group. “This is a very welcomed addition to our firm,” said Co-Managing Shareholder Paul T. Colella, “Lou brings to the firm a depth of experience that strengthens and enhances the firm’s services. We look forward to Lou's contribution to the continued success of the firm.”

    Mr. Seminski’s practice focuses on structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial real estate transactions and financings. In addition to drafting and negotiating all forms of commercial loan documentation for multi-state transactions, he regularly advises institutional lenders, borrowers, commercial banks and investors with respect to a variety of issues. In the area of general corporate law, his experience includes drafting governing documents such as by-laws and operating agreements, as well as negotiation and preparation of restrictive covenants, management and healthcare related agreements. Mr. Seminski also has significant prior experience litigating complex commercial and banking matters, restructurings and workouts.

    Mr. Seminski received his BA from Saint Joseph’s University and his JD from Rutgers University School of Law. He is a member of the Middlesex County, Perth Amboy, Woodbridge, South Amboy and Sayreville Chambers of Commerce and received the South Amboy Chamber of Commerce Business Leader of the Year award in 2014. He also serves as Treasurer and Trustee of the Raritan Bay YMCA, and mentors students at his alma maters, St. Joseph's High School, St. Joseph's University and Rutgers Law School, where he also serves on its career services advisory panel.
