    Robert J. Gaughran Joins GH&C as Shareholder

    March 5, 2025

    We are pleased to announce that Robert J. Gaughran, a trusts and estates attorney from Holmdel, has joined our firm as a shareholder.

    Bob has been serving clients for almost 45 years, focusing on estate and trust administration, estate planning and charitable planning.

    He has served as chair of the Monmouth Bar Association Probate & Estate Administration Committee four times and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Monmouth Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Notre Dame Law Association.

    Bob has lectured many times before professional and civic groups. He also has appeared on radio call-in and television shows and served as an instructor for many years of the Estate Planning and Estate Administration Skills course for newly admitted New Jersey attorneys.

    He is on the board of trustees of a number of charitable family foundations in New Jersey and is a longstanding member of the International Seniors Amateur Golf Society.

    He earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and his B.A. from King’s College, and he is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
