Steven Dalton and Michael Gross Selected for NJ Builders Association Awards

Steven Dalton and Michael Gross were recently chosen for industry awards from the New Jersey Builders Association.
Steve received the Associate of the Year Award and was recognized for outstanding achievements throughout 2019. He is a member of the NJBA’s Environmental Affairs Committee and the National Association of Home Builders’ Legal Action Committee. He received the NJBA’s Cornerstone Award in 2018 for sustained participation and commitment and the Legislative Affairs Committee Award in 2016. He also is active with the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ), an NJBA affiliate, serving as a founding member of its Young Professional Committee and a regular contributor to its Bulletin Board Magazine.
Mike was chosen for the Golden Handshake Award.and recognized for his service over a lengthy period of time as a model representative of the industry and association. He is the NJBA’s environmental counsel and serves on the Environmental Affairs Committee and Utilities Task Force. He also serves as SBACNJ general counsel and chair of its Legal Action Committee. In addition, he is a member of the National Association of Home Builders’ Legal Action Committee and its Legal Action Network for Development Strategies, or LANDS Group.
Mike has been selected for numerous NJBA awards: Silver Handshake (2014), Associate Continuing Service (1997), Associate of the Year (1996) and Associate Hall of Fame (1991). He also has been chosen for the SBACNJ Associate Hall of Fame – Company (1997), Associate Hall of Fame – Individual (1995) and Associate of the Year (1991).
The NJBA formally announced the awards at the Forsgate Country Club in Monroe during the association’s Annual Industry Awards Breakfast on January 29, 2020.
