    Prominent full service law firm in Monmouth County, NJ is seeking an associate with particular focus on construction to join its Real Estate Law Group. Applicants should have 2-3 years’ experience in drafting construction and related development contracts and experience in construction litigation.  Construction dispute resolution and/or project management a plus. Qualified candidates must be highly motivated and possess strong interpersonal, writing, research and analytical skills.  Firm offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

    Non Legal Positions


    File Clerk/Receptionist

    Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C. is seeking a file clerk/receptionist for a full time role at the firm.  Candidates should have strong organizational, communication and computer skills.  Candidate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Filing - opening and closing firm files, creation of new client files and maintaining current paper files.  Candidate must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
    • Electronic filing of documents.
    • General document creation, management of files and form updating.
    • General administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, calendar entry, assisting attorney as needed with all administrative duties and time sheet inputting, as needed.
    • Reception desk coverage as needed.
    Qualified candidate should be able to work independently and with minimal supervision and be able to handle a fast-paced work environment, respond quickly to assignments and adjust to shifting priorities of work.  Firm offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
